About Me
My name is Magdalena Guzinska, founder of MG Institute of Beauty. I’m a licensed cosmetologist and aesthetic practitioner, deeply committed to enhancing beauty and well-being. Originally from Poland, I completed my formal education in beauty and aesthetics there, including two years of intensive study in natural cosmetology. I also earned a rigorous five-year bachelor’s degree from the Physical Academy, specializing in anatomy and physiology.
I began my career with over a year at the prestigious Four Seasons Hotel in Limassol, Cyprus. Upon returning to my hometown of Gdansk, I launched my first beauty salon, which quickly thrived.
After the birth of my daughter, I took a year off to focus on motherhood, during which I had the opportunity to work in a well-known tattoo studio. There, I expanded my skills by offering micropigmentation services, including semi-permanent makeup, adding another dimension to my expertise.

This experience led me to Cheltenham, where I eventually opened my own clinic. My passion for learning and growing in the beauty industry never ceased, and along the way, I also welcomed my son into the world, balancing my life as a mother of two with my career.
Throughout the years, I’ve earned numerous qualifications in aesthetics and micropigmentation and completed my teaching credentials, allowing me to share my knowledge with others. I’m incredibly proud of balancing motherhood with my role as a successful business owner.
My focus now is on expanding my business and continually deepening my expertise. I am dedicated to inspiring and guiding young women as they embark on their own journeys, helping them succeed in the beauty industry. Women truly have incredible power, and I’m committed to helping others discover and harness their full potential in this field.
